Refund and Returns Policy

At Buildbench, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product, please review our return and refund policy below:

1.Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2.Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return. Clearance or discounted items are also non-returnable.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at 9741891324/ buildbenchcompany@gmail.com. Once approved, ship the item to our return address. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.

4.Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, Refund will be credited to original payment method in 10 business days.

5.Exchange

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
